"Aroy" means delicious in Thai, and that's our promise in every dish. Ning, originally from Bangkok, previously ran her own restaurant in Thailand and now brings her family's treasured recipes handed down from her mother and grandmother straight to our kitchen. We cook from the heart, sharing flavors we know by memory, not by the book.
David has called Savannah home since 1987, and he spent more than 30 years building a successful business in the city before helping bring Aroy Thai to life. Today he finds a new joy in sharing authentic Thai cuisine with the community he loves, greeting familiar faces and welcoming new ones through the door.
We've grown not through advertising, but through honest recommendations and locals telling their friends: "You've got to try this place." Located near Armstrong Campus, Aroy Thai is Savannah's spot for lunch breaks, family dinners, and everything in between. Come hungry. Leave happy.
