More Than A Meal
At Aroy Thai Cuisine, our mission is simple: serve authentic, delicious Thai food that leaves guests feeling happy, full, and ready to spread the word. "Aroy" means delicious in Thai—and that’s exactly what we’re aiming for in every dish. If our food makes you smile, then we’ve done our job.
What started as a love for feeding people became a passion project to bring real Thai flavor to Savannah. Ning, one of the owners, previously ran a Thai restaurant in Bangkok and now brings her family’s treasured recipes—handed down from her mother and grandmother—straight to our kitchen here in Georgia.

Aroy Thai Cuisine is proudly family-run by a warm and welcoming couple, Ning and David. Ning, originally from Bangkok, is a seasoned chef who brings generations of tradition to every dish she prepares. Together with her aunt Nook, the two cook from the heart, sharing beloved recipes and flavors they know by memory—not by the book.
David, a Savannah local since 1987, spent more than 30 years running a successful business here. Now, he’s found a new joy in helping bring Thai cuisine to the city he loves. For both of them, this restaurant is about more than food—it’s about sharing something personal and real with their community.
I highly recommend this new restaurant! I love Thai food, and the tamarin sauce was the best I’ve had. The portions are large and everything is very fresh. This husband and wife team are friendly and welcoming.

What We Believe
We believe every meal should be made fresh, by hand, and tailored to the person eating it. Ning cooks to taste—especially when it comes to spice—so your dish suits your preferences while still honoring the traditional Thai flavors. From house-prepped sauces to handmade spring rolls and dumplings, nothing here is mass-produced. It’s all crafted with care, day-of, using only fresh ingredients.
We want you to feel welcome the moment you walk in. Our space is peaceful and cozy, with a sit-down experience that feels unhurried and sincere. The food comes out hot, fresh, and worth the short wait.

The Savannah community has welcomed Aroy Thai Cuisine with open arms—and open mouths. We’ve grown not through advertising, but through honest recommendations and locals telling their friends: "You’ve got to try this place." That’s something special.
If you’re visiting us for the first time, start with our authentic Pad Thai—Ning’s signature dish, and one that’s already won over guests from Richmond Hill to right here in town. But honestly? Every dish is made with the same love, and people have loved them all.
